1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS, Blue/White/Black

CAR HISTORY
This Camaro was built the second week of February 1967. The original 396 engine had been removed before the current owner bought the car in 2000.The car has been through a complete frame off restoration as a show quality vehicle. The car was restored as a hobby to be the current owners personal vehicle from 2000-2004. The owner is not a dealer or in the automotive or restoration business. Licensed appraisal, invoices, and pictures are available to document all parts and work done. The car has been garaged since restoration. Car only has 175 miles since restore.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Original L-35 SS 396 hood. Original L-35 right rear factory traction bar installed only on 1967 SS 396 Camaros. This car is a rare 1967 L-35 SS 396 - 325HP Camaros built by GM. This car was also an RS/SS car making it even more rare.

PAINT AND BODY
Deepwater Blue with White bumble bee stripes, clear coated, sanded, and buffed. New sheet metal on front fenders, valance, doors, roof, and rear quarter panels. New rear spoiler, glass, and bumpers. New wheel, drip, and rocker moldings. New stainless steel window trim, mirror, and emblems. All interior metal has been Rhinolined. Standox lifetime warranty on paint.

ENGINE
New custom balanced 427 4 bolt main engine overbored .030.
Forged steel crank and rods. 9.6-1 compression forged aluminum TRW pistons. High performance oval port heads with stainless steel 2.06 intake and 1.72 exhaust valves. Heads were ported and polished and have double valve springs and Comp Cam roller rocker arms. Comp Cam chrome moly custom length push rods with Iskendarian 292 series hydraulic cam and matching lifters. Edelbrock 800CFM Carb and RPM air gap aluminum intake. Hooker 2 ¼ inch tube Super Competition headers, metallic ceramic coated. March Billet aluminum pulleys and brackets. Mallory computerized Magnetic Breakerless ignition system.

TRANSMISSION
Muncie M-21 close ratio 4 speed rebuilt by AMCO. McCleod 25 pound steel flywheel. Lakewood steel safety bellhousing. Hayes Centerforce 190% clutch and pressure plate. Hurst Super Competition shifter.

REAR END
12 bolt positraction unit with 4.11 ratio gears. Rebuilt to specs with new Richmond gears, seals, bearings, and gaskets.

INTERIOR
New Deluxe black vinyl interior. New foam and springs in bucket seats. Original fold down rear seat option. New original GM gauges and switches. Grant Billet aluminum steering wheel. IDIDIT custom chrome tilt steering column. Kenwood in dash original fit stereo system with Memphis Kevlar front and rear speakers. Original type new black carpeting installed in the passenger and trunk areas. New complete wiring harnesses bumper to bumper.

SUSPENSION
New polyurethane bushings bumper to bumper. New original equipment GM tie rod ends, ball joints, control arm shafts, springs, and front sway bar. New rear sway bar and bolt on subframe connectors added. Monroe gas charged shocks. New master cylinder. New original fit stainless steel fuel and brake lines. New Raybestos deluxe brake pads installed front and back. New original GM brake drums installed front and back. New original GM brake drums installed front and back.
