Car History: Purchased in late 1969 (Car manufactured September 9, 1969) in Miami, FL, from Abraham Chevrolet (sold to AutoNation). Car left factory as a White base Corvette with F-41 suspension and Muncie transmission options. Owner wanted a red car, none available, so he had the dealer make the following modifications for vehicle delivery:

Upgrade engine to LT1 specs (not avail from factory, but parts avail OTC). Replaced heads, intake, carburetor cam and lifters. Had exhaust changed to Hooker Competition Headers, hood changed to L-88 design and car was painted Monza Red. When restored, I decided to keep the car red instead of changing it back to white (don’t care for the white) and the L-88 hood with side exhaust give the car a fantastic look, so that is why the car is as it is presented today. Car is very fast with over 400 HP and is also over 300 pounds lighter than original due to loss of steel springs and all iron original engine with stock fly wheel. This is a one of a kind Corvette you will not be disappointed with. Over 50 K to rebuild this car.
