This stunning restored 1951 Chevy Sedan Delivery was sold new to Reynolds Tobacco Company in Little Rock, Arkansas. In the 60’s it was sold to and used by a plumber in central Arkansas. Its engine failed in the 70’s and the Delivery was cast aside in a salvage in Lowell, Arkansas. The Delivery was found and purchased in 2002 by a restorer who had a 51,000 mile 1951 four door Chevrolet Sedan that he used as a donor to restore the Delivery. When the car was found you could still see the faded Camel cigarette advertisements on its side panels.
This rare and beautiful ’51 Sedan Delivery has been driven quite a bit, is in good mechanical condition and is a pleasure to drive, drawing a crowd wherever it goes.
