1950 Mercury. Flat Head 255. 8 Cylinder. Manual 3 speed. 200 miles after restore.
Beautiful 1950 Mercury Monterey completely restored original car. Some upgraded mechanical for reliable drive such as 12 volt electrical. Electric fuel pump. Aluminum heads and intake duel pointing, etc. Motor professionally rebuilt less than 500 miles all new stock suspension. Steering and trans 3 speed overdrive performs outstandingly... Interior redone in original leather exclusive to Monterey correct pattern and headliner... Car was bought in Alabama mid to late 80s to Ohio when car was restored. Than a private collector from Henderson NV bought the car. Kept in his museum till he liquidated some of his collection... I purchased from him in June of 2000. I had motor rebuilt block maged and boiled added the above mentioned upgrades for reliability car runs and handles beautifully new lucky owner will love her to death. Moving on .. Time for another merc lover to enjoy and preserve.....
