1948 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck, Orange
1948 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 Ton Pickup truck. This truck was converted to 4WD to Mud Race but never raced! Truck is in great condition with newly chromed front and rear bumpers and tail lights, only change in body is trimming of rear fender edges to allow for large Bogger Tires, Roll Cage, Chrome Wheels, all wheel Disc Brakes, GM built Gen VI 502 hydro roller motor with Dual Plane Aluminum intake with 850 Holley Double Pumper, SS Dyna Max exhaust with Rain Dampers, Aluminum Radiator, JW Performance built Turbo 400 Transmission with 4500 Stall Converter with Mid Plate, Transfer Case is separately mounted and is non reduction it is either in or out. Rear is 9" Ford with 650 gear and full spoll, mounted on Trailing Arm suspension with coil springs and Front is Dana 44 mounted on original leaf springs, Steering is Rack and Pinion. Less than 50 miles on engine, original miles are unknown.
