This Beautiful 1960 Chevrolet Impala 2 Door Hardtop, 90% Restored. I Have Owned It For The Last 13 Years And In This Time It Has Had 2 Frame Off Restorations. The Second Time I Had The Frame Sand Blasted And Powder Coated A Matte Black Also The Underside Of The Body Completely Stripped And Also Painted A Gloss Black To Match The Bodies Black Paint Job Accented With A Peanut Butter Top And Stripe To Match. It Has Never Had Hydraulics To Boot. I Have The Original 283 Motor And Two Speed Powerglide Transmission, But I Have Recently Put A Small Block 350 In It With Brand New 202 Port And Polished Vortec Heads Along With A Polished Hi Rise Intake With A 750 Edelbrock Carburetor Mild Lift Cam With A Gear Drive Chrome 140 Amp Hi Output Alternator, Electric Car Start, Power Door Locks With Electric Water Pump, Electric Fuel Pump, Dual Electric Fans And A Jacobs Electronic Ignition And A Turbo 350 Stage Two Shift Kit With A 2500 Rpm B&M Stall Converter. I Put 64 SS Impala Bucket Seats In It But Also Have The Original Black And White Houndstooth Bench. All The Interior And Exterior Pieces That Are Original On This Car Has Been Re-Polished And Re-Dipped. All The Stainless Steel And Aluminum Trim Moldings, Re-Polished And All The Chrome Re-Dipped Triple Show Chrome Re-Dipped, It Also Has Original Upper And Lower A Arms That Have Been Chrome Dipped, Sway Bar That Has Also Been Chrome Dipped, Chrome Springs In The Front Along With Chrome Original Rear End With Brand New Rebuilt 388 Gears, Also The Trailing Arms Are Original But Also Have Been Chromed Along With Banana Bar Drag Line That Also Have Been Chromed To Add To The Hot Rod Look. New Brakes Front And Rear Along With A Brand New Gas Tank. The Car Came Stock With No Power Steering No Power Brakes And I Have Not Added Either One To It, However I Have Recently Bought A/C For It But Haven’t Gotten A Chance To Install It, It Is Also Polished And Chromed. The Car Also Has The Original Working Am Stereo In The Dash Along With Replaced Original Dash Gauges And Factory Wiring Harness Front To Back. I Have Original Rims With The Spare Along With Original Hubcaps Too, Recently I Had The Interior Redone To Match The Peanut Butter Top And Is Also About 90%Done. You Might Notice A Few Things Missing From The Car But Rest Assured, I Have Every Piece To Complete This Beautiful 1960 Impala.
