REMARKS:
We replaced all four main spars in the wings. Replaced all the center lower skins, both wings (the skins on the bottom from the front spar to the rear spar, tip to butt). The horizontal stabilizer has all new skins with the exception of the very tip skins. The horizontal stabilizer has a new front attach bracket and a modified rear attach bracket (as per AD's). All new glass. New Slick ignition kit, mages, harness, plugs. New floorboard.
As far as electrics, it is wired for a battery system, but it does not have a generator. It has nav lights, cabin lights, cigarette lighter receptacle. No ELT.
All of the structural work was to remove corrosion and we went until we had it all. It is in about as good of shape structurally as you will find. The restoration was done in 2007. I don't have the logs here, but the engine overhaul was done before the airplane was parked in 1986. I have borescoped the engine and it looks great inside.
Plane has an airplane radio and new seats. Has been flown recently, due for annual. Fun to fly! Will provide hours of enjoyment.
