This vehicle is a manufacture buy back, repurchased under the buyback law. The car was purchased back by Maserati at 16931 miles, Maserati noted a shifting issue but could not give much information on the matter. They sold the vehicle at auction (2nd owner) and the vehicle was resold by this dealer to my husband (3rd owner). The shifting issue was discovered. Basically on the paddle you should pull up and push back but it would just pull back. The dealer sold the vehicle with a warranty and they paid something like $3k to have the repairs made at the Maserati dealership. So there is no problem.
