Description:
1.Body
Lancer Custom jeep bodies cj-7 body and one peice hood with scratch resistant color under the gelcoat color spies hecker get-em green.

Modification to hood custom cut out with flange added for blower.

Custom vacuum formed plastic dash w/auto meter gages

sweet mfg steering wheel.custom billet steering column.

2.Chassis
CAD engineered tested in UNI Graphics stress analyzes after muliple designs created a blueprint and build sheet. All brackets were laser cut and self indexing interlocking peices to minimize weight and the need for extensive fixturing. The main chassis in composed of .125wX2X4 and .125wX2X3 inch RET.Tubing and .187wX2X4 RET.Tubing in the rear shock tower. All joints are gusset plated and the main frame has two ballast tanks designed into the substructure w/ access fittings. The four link member is designed to self cancel forward rearward stress and allow maximum adjustability for different application I:E Rock crawling or drag racing in sand vs drag racing on paved surface.This allows you to scale the car differently per application. The four link system .120 W 1.250 4130 chrome molly with mezzere weld in left and right threaded adjusters. The panhard bars are .120w 1.375 4130 chrome molly tubing mandrel bent for strength application and are highly adjustable. All laser cut brackets are .250 CRS self indicating. The chassis main component was fixtured and verified to .060 tolerance. This chassis was also heat treated and stress relieved to 450f and then powder coated soda fountain red. Original Miles Are Unknown On Chassis.

3.Engine
New Gm 502 Gen 6
This engine was heat seasoned and then delivered to RPM racing engines where it underwent a complete teardown. The engine builder did not like some of the GM factory tolerances which is very common and began remachineing the block for proper tolerances. The heads were sent out to R&M for flow work to accommodate the superchargers exhaust capacity. New pistons with higher ring lands were installed along with eagle rods and ARP fasteners thru out the entire engine. New sterling motors custom grind blower roller cam and special heavy compression springs installed.All internally balanced. new sever duty roller chain and tensioner and short cover were installed for blower belt clearance. New 871 blower and manifold also port matched. New Mike Kukl inline 4150 adapter. New Demon 850 carbs Mezzere carb billet control and linkage. Moroso 8 quart with windage tray aluminum pan Canntis high volume oil pump with billet distributer engagement link. New MSD pro billet distributerand 6AL box and rev limiter. Breakin and Dyno time.2 oil changes during break in best dyno pull 907hp x990 TQ on 92 octane gas.
Custom built 2-3/8 primary headers and jet cooling system.

4.Transmission
Wisneski t350 GM transmission with custom 6 plate clutch pack. Heavy duty sprags high flow valving.Manual shift valve body.
Coan 3500 stall converter.

Rebuilt GM 205 geardriven transfer case with heavy duty Timkenn bearings and new seals.

Custom machined billet adapter with sever duty 60 spline coupler t-350 to 205 rated at 2000hp

5.Front end
72 Dana 44 with detroit locker rebuilt by D&R Driveline. New heavy duty bearings ring and pinion set 4:11 ratio drive knuckles and seals.

6.Rear End
72 chevy 12 bolt rear end.New superior axles ring and pinion gears. New Detroit locker bearing seals. custom pitch oiler and cast bearing support cover.

7.Hynautics steering system
Hynautics steering system with fourteen piston control valve and stainless ram. With self contained pressure billet canister and stainless braided lines and AN fittings.

8.Cooling system
Custom built cooling system. Mezzere 60GPM remote pump. C&R nascar 6 core custom built Dual Pass radiator 20AN fitiings stainless laser cut anti vibration clamps. AN 20 fittings and stainless line front to back. Custom aluminum manifold. Custom stainless 2.6 gal. surge tank. Twin Spal 2800CFM down draft fans. Custom radiator stainless protector cover.

9.Brakes
4 wheel disc brakes. Adjustable proportioning valve between seats.

Custom built front and rear drive shafts rated at 1000hp
